Two-factor authentication (2FA)

If you have enabled 2FA on your sodaslot account, you will be prompted for a one-time code after entering your email and password. 2FA codes are sent to your registered email or generated by an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator). Enter the code and click Sign in.

Do not share 2FA codes with anyone. sodaslot staff will never ask for your 2FA code. If you lose access to your 2FA device, contact sodaslot support immediately.

Clearing your browser cache

If sodaslot login is slow or unresponsive, clear your browser cache and cookies, then refresh the page. On most browsers, press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac) to open cache-clearing settings. Select "All time" and check "Cookies and cached images," then clear. Log in again.

Login on mobile devices

  • "Cannot log out": Click "Sign out" in the account menu (top right corner of sodaslot). If the button does not respond, close your browser entirely to end your session. Your login session expires automatically after subject to verification of inactivity.

Account security after login

Once logged into sodaslot, verify that your account details are current. Go to Account Settings → Personal Info and confirm your email, phone number, and residential address are correct. If any information is outdated, update it immediately — verification data is used to process withdrawals securely.

Enable two-factor authentication if you have not already. Go to Account Settings → Security and select "Enable 2FA." You will receive a 6-digit code via email; enter it to confirm. Store your backup codes in a safe place — if you lose access to your email, you can use a backup code to regain access to your 2FA account.

Check your login history regularly. Go to Account Settings → Login Activity to see all recent logins (date, time, device type, IP address). If you see a login you do not recognize, change your password immediately and contact sodaslot support. Unauthorized access is taken seriously and investigated promptly.
